Judo, Jujitsu and Weapons Training
Judo and Jujitsu classes are also a part of the American College of Martial Arts. Students must be at least 13 and possess a yellow belt to participate. A judo gi must be worn in for judo classes due to the level of contact and techniques. Jujitsu classes may wear gi or no gi.

Jujitsu
American Jujitsu is a system of grappling and is comprised of techniques found in several forms of martial arts including Brazilian Jujitsu, Small Circle Jujitsu, Japanese Jujitsu, Wrestling, Tiger Shark Hapkido, Judo, and several other styles of martial arts. This system is taught with takedowns, throws, joint locks, chokes, submission to tap out, escapes and no limit of possible techniques both on the ground and standing.
Jujitsu classes are every Wednesday from 6:30- 8:30 P.M.
Jujitsu classes are for ages 13 and older. Gi or no gi.
Judo
Judo class will be a non-traditional style of judo consisting of traditional techniques and throws. Each class will consist of at least one or more of the following: throws, the finish after the throw, and a counter to the technique. This system is based on the Korean style of Judo (Yodo).
Judo students must have a gi or martial arts uniform, but not necessarily a judo gi. The class will be for adults (13 years and older) or children who have attained yellow belt or above.
Judo classes are every Wednesday from 6:00 - 7 pm.
Weapons Training
Weapons Training Clinincs are available for actively enrolled ACMA students who are 14 and older and hold at least a Green Belt rank.
Weapons training is also a part of the American College of Martial Arts. Korean Hapkido fan, cane, belt, sword, short stick, knife, and staff are among the weapons taught along with a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Philippine weapons. The weapons are part of the rich history of the martial arts and also an important part that will help in the development of both mind and body.
