Inner Strength and Energy Seminar

This is the second in a series of three seminars in the development of Ki energy and inner strength. This session remains open for new paarticipants however to attend the third you must have attended sessions one and/or two. Those attending all three seminars will receive a detailed outline of the topics covered and a certificate of completion. Inner strength or Ki is a base for holistic healing, all forms of Martial Arts and day to day living. Those attending are guaranteed to receive knowledge that will help in everyday life. Not only will it enhance your lifestyle but the information will help parents, teachers and professionals in handling stress and in handling those around us that cause a disruption in our energy.
Integrated topics include:
Breathing Techniques: Proper ways to breathe for better health as far as Ki development, heart rate control and other aspects of developing a more overall healthy body will be presented.
Ki or Energy Movement: Instruction will be given on developing awareness of your energy movement and energy around you. This is important in protecting of your inner self by being more balanced and also in recognizing and being aware of possible undesirable situations.
Disruption of Energy: You will learn how to interpret other people's energy in different ways and how to protect your own Ki or energy.
Energy or Ki for Better Health: You will be shown how to use Ki to help you and others become healthier and less stressful.
Acupressure: This part of the series is for people of any age to be able to use pressure points to cure themselves of the daily aches and pains of day-to-day living. Even though this is not 100% guaranteed effective, there will be something for everyone with the numerous techniques taught.
Stretching: In this segment you will be taught how to stretch for comfort throughout the day. You will not only be more relaxed but it will also help with problems with your hips and back. Stretching is also good for circulation and to help with the prevention of muscle injury.
No materials are needed but you need to dress for comfort. There will be a review handout on the topics covered.
